  • Installed CCTV systems or customized hardware.
  • Digital or software-based products once activated.
  • Services already delivered, such as installation, configuration, or site visits.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used during purchase.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows signs of use.
  • Some accessories or parts are missing.

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment or installation has started.

6. Replacement Policy

7. Service Refunds

For installation and service-based requests, refunds will only be provided if:
